Nature reclaims these industrial edges beautifully, resulting in a classic, multi-floral wildflower blend. It features a lovely, lingering floral aftertaste that proves incredible natural honey can thrive in the heart of the city.

We employ automated smart sensors for continuous hive monitoring, and we strictly only harvest and record honey yields during our dedicated seasonal extraction. This ensures the bees have the time they need to naturally cure the honey to perfection.
