Terms of Use

Welcome to the Manchester Honey Company. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Product Information: We take every care to ensure that the descriptions, images, and prices of our honeys, soaps, and lip balms are accurate. Please note that as our products are artisanal and natural, slight variations in color, consistency, and texture may occur between batches.

  2. Payment: All prices are in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our secure checkout.

  3. Usage: Our products are intended for personal use. You may not resell our products without prior written consent from the Manchester Honey Company.

  4. Liability: We are not responsible for any reactions to our natural ingredients. Please check our full ingredient lists (provided on each product page) before purchase, especially if you have known allergies to honey, beeswax, or essential oils.

  5. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including photographs, branding, and text, is the property of the Manchester Honey Company and may not be reproduced without permission.

Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Manchester Honey Company purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us at Gareth@manchesterhoneycompany.com within 14 days of receipt.

  • Damaged Items: If your honey jar or skincare product arrives damaged, please send us a photograph of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Returns: Due to the nature of our products (food and skincare), we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty. Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase at the customer's expense.

  • Refund Processing: Once we have received and inspected any returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Other Policies

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy: We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Allergen Disclaimer: Our skincare products contain natural ingredients including beeswax, essential oils, and plant-based oils. While these are natural, we recommend a small patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

  • Data Privacy (GDPR): We take your privacy seriously. We only collect the data necessary to fulfill your order and communicate with you about your purchase. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
