The Harvest: Stretford - M32
Based on the lush meadowlands along the banks of the River Mersey, our Stretford apiary traditionally produces our best-performing spring honey. The bees benefit heavily from early dandelions, rich white clover, and the mature lime trees that surround the fields. It shares a very similar, beloved taste profile to our M33 honey—light, bright, and deeply floral, capturing the very essence of a Manchester spring in a jar.

By carefully tracking queen lineage and utilizing selective bee breeding, we maintain strong, healthy colonies native to the Manchester environment. We employ automated smart sensors for continuous hive monitoring, and we strictly only harvest and record honey yields during our dedicated seasonal extraction. This ensures the bees have the time they need to naturally cure the honey to perfection.
